Able and willing to supply 600,000 MT and up, per year of Portland Cement 42.5 grade, SERIOUS replies only, no time wasters or chain of brokers asking for high commission and yesterday prices, looking for END BUYER, I am Direct to 4 Cement Mills. Buyer's for large orders ONLY, 600,000 MT and up per year. Procedures below. No contract deals over 2 years 24 months, this is in favor of protecting buyer from price hiking. Again no time waasters, as I have sent out 4 contracts and all 4 buyer's have disappeared after, this is not a fantasy but a reality for buyer's who have funds. If you can't follow procedures and payment terms below don't even bother to contact me.

PROCEDURES:
1) LOI/ICPO with BCL or soft probe needed
2) Seller sends Draft contract to buyer Buyer returns Draft Contract.
3) Seller then Issues Final Contract.
4) Buyer Signs Final Contract and returns to Seller.
5) Buyer may open Non Operative L/C
6) Seller's does POP and 2% PB Activates L/C
7) Shipments Commences per contract.
Payments by FFRDLC, BG, SBLC and RDLC with 2 months BG, no questions ask.
